Beautiful Kayleigh

One of my high school friend, has just given birth to a B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L baby girl, Kayleigh. Look at her, she is so adorable!

Jessica, I hope you are not upset with me for "stealing" one of your facebook pictures. I just had to put it in here and share it with everyone else.

Obviously Kayleigh has inherited the good looks from her parents!

Thank you

I have made a mental note ages ago that once I set up a blog, I must thank these few special friends who helped me on the most important day of my life. I know I've said it a zillion times, please excuse me for one last time...

I am indeed the LUCKIEST person alive to have a fantastic bunch of friends

(a) Chui Hwung, Suet Leng, Voon, Stefanie and Wei Jean- Girls, I had lots of fun during our brain storming sessions in the sandwich bar, Dessert house in SS2, Chui Hwung's house, Starbucks, my house, dinner in Imbi and the list goes on..... It was one of the best parts of my wedding planning!

(b) Kwong - I know my wedding day was suppose to be the first and last time you wear that cheong sum, but everyone said you looked HOT! So please don't keep it in the attic :).

(d) Shahril - Nothing would have been perfect (minus Lynda) if it wasnt for you! :)

(e) Chern and Andrew - Guys, thanks for coming back just for the wedding, it means a lot!

(f) Jade - Your company in Penang was priceless, not to forget my hair pins saviour! hehehe...and also for all the fantastic contacts (If only I listened to you on getting the right MC).

(g) Mala - Thanks for helping us out with the honeymoon package, otherwise, we would've had our honeymoon in....(you know where :P). hahaha!

Love,
Poh Suan

One sweet day

We received the photo album from our photographer, Edmund Tham for the pictures taken on 22nd Dec. Looking at these photos brings sweet memories back (Yes, I know it has only been about 4 months since we got married!). The photos were lovely, and it just cements my belief that one of the most important investments on your wedding should most definitely be a good photographer - Thanks Edmund!

Finally....Our first post!

Hi people,

First of all welcome to our Blog... We thought having a blog would be pretty handy to keep everyone posted with happenings on our side of the world --- Down Under. It has been about 3 months since we moved to Melbourne, how time flies.... Though our home is still pretty much "semi-furnished", we're happy that we found a decent place to live. The rental market here is really tight. When we started house hunting, there weren't many apartments available around the city area (still not that many). We went to inspect an apartment, and there were like 7-8 other people! One of them actually started filling up the application form before he even saw the apartment...

For those of you who are curious of how Charles is adapting to the Aussie lifestyle, he is enjoying the food in Melbourne - jap, korean, thai, etc. Not to forget the Durian gelati in Freddos, yummy! Charles has also started his weekly Squash sessions recently, so the regular exercise would be good to balance his diet. :)
